1. Service Scope
● Letter Lab provides custom-written letters based on the information you provide.
● We do not offer legal advice, and our letters should not be considered legally binding
documents.
● While we aim for high-quality, effective writing, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our letters.
2. Client Responsibility
● You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.
● Letter Lab does not verify facts and accepts no liability for any false or misleading information.
● Any consequences resulting from inaccurate or dishonest information are the sole responsibility of the client.
3. Revisions & Refunds
● Each service includes a set number of revisions as stated at the time of purchase.
● Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.
● Refunds are not available once work has begun, except in cases where Letter Lab is unable to deliver the service. Please see our full refund policy for more details.
4. Payments
● Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider.
● Stripe is fully compliant with all relevant financial regulations, ensuring secure and encrypted transactions.
● Letter Lab does not store or have access to your payment details.
5. Liability
● Letter Lab is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by third parties based on our letters.
● We accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses related to the use of our services.
6. Confidentiality
● We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or the content of your letters with third parties, except where required by law.
● However, if you agree, we may use anonymised versions of letters for portfolio purposes.
7. Automated Assistance
● While every letter is carefully written by a professional, certain elements of the writing process may involve automated assistance to enhance efficiency.
● All letters are reviewed and refined to maintain quality, clarity, and a natural tone.
8. Service Acceptance
● By placing an order with Letter Lab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
