However, as our service is based on custom-written content, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

✅ Non-Delivery – If we fail to deliver your completed letter within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund.
✅ Significant Quality Issues – If your letter does not meet the agreed requirements after revisions, we will assess a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations

Revisions Before Refunds
We believe in getting it right, which is why we offer 3 free revisions included within the price to refine your letter before considering a refund. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your letter, and we’ll work to make it perfect.
